Every space has a story, and this project was no exception. When our team at Yelden Vision Contracting Inc. was brought in, the facility’s washroom area was in a state of complete disrepair. The original layout was outdated, with multiple non-functional fixtures, exposed utilities, and deteriorating finishes. It not only lacked aesthetic appeal but also failed to meet modern building codes and accessibility requirements.
Our mission was clear: transform this space into a clean, efficient, and welcoming restroom facility that would serve the building’s users for years to come.
The process began with a complete demolition of the old setup, including the removal of outdated toilets, sinks, ceiling panels, and flooring. As seen in the early stages of the project, the space was stripped down to its core, revealing the structural and plumbing elements we needed to upgrade.
