Story of the project

This project involved a comprehensive interior renovation and systems upgrade, executed from full demolition through to final finishing. The scope included the complete removal of outdated finishes and infrastructure, followed by the installation of new drywall systems across all walls and ceilings to establish a modern structural envelope. New washroom partitions and stall systems were constructed, complemented by the installation of commercial-grade, non-slip flooring designed for durability and safety in high-traffic environments.

A fully integrated building systems upgrade was undertaken, including the installation of new plumbing networks with updated water supply and drainage lines, alongside modern fixtures such as toilets, sinks, and accessories. HVAC systems were newly implemented to ensure proper ventilation and air circulation, while the electrical system was entirely replaced with new wiring, switches, and energy-efficient LED lighting. Accessibility compliance was addressed through the supply and installation of an automatic door system. The project concluded with detailed painting and finishing works, delivering a clean, contemporary, and fully operational washroom facility aligned with all project specifications and applicable standards.
